Skills And Physical Preperation Session

Our Skills and Physical preparation session is open to all U10/14 aged players.This will be a combination of 2 hr of on-ice session followed by 1 hr off-ice training.

Ice session will be focusing on high level edgework, skating, stickhandling and shooting. Our off -ice program will feature our hockey specific speed and agility program, fitness challenges, games and much more! Snacks and drinks will be provided.

Date: 18th of May, Saturday 2024

Time: Meet 13:45; 14:30 On Ice

Location: Lee Valley Ice Centre , Lea Bridge Road, E10 7QL

Duration : We aim to finish before 18:00.

What to bring: Your full on ice gear and jersey as well as athletic clothing for off-ice training.
