How long are the sessions?

The most common option is 1 one-hour session, you can book them directly on the website. If you wish to book custom times, contact us directly.

What do I bring with me?

We recommend bringing your hockey stick, gloves, and skates, you can however choose to train skateless. Keep in mind it could get quite hot in the studio, so shorts and a T-shirt could be a good option. Please bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated. Please arrive 10-15 min before the session start, to allow yourself sufficient time to change.

Monthly Packages

We offer flexibility within the bundle. You can choose to have sessions spread out over the week in various combinations, such as 1-2 hour sessions or a session every day of the week, based on your preferences and availability.

What is the availability of the sessions?

We have slots available from 8 am to 11 pm, Monday to Sunday. You can choose a time that suits your schedule, and we'll book accordingly based on availability.

How long do I have to use the 16-session package?

The 16-session package is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. This provides flexibility in scheduling sessions over the three-month period.

8-sessions = 2 Months

4-Sessions = 1 Month

Refunds

Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. You can, however, reschedule your session no later than 72 hr before the booking. If you are still unable to attend the session, you are welcome to find a replacement for yourself.

Could my kids train together?

Yes, for an extra fee, we can accommodate 2 players at a time.

Could the package sessions be split between kids?

Absolutely! The sessions can be shared between your kids, we understand the difficulty of bringing them at different times. Also, this is a great way for them to support and motivate each other while benefiting from the coaching.

Parking

Regarding parking, we've got you covered. Monday to Saturday, you can enjoy free parking after 7:30 pm, and if you need to park earlier, there's parking just a 3-5 minute walk away. On Sundays, parking is free all day.

Pets

Our studio is pet-friendly! You are welcome to bring your little friends with you.
