[05/07/2025] Skills And Physical Preparation Session
Our Skating & stick-handling session is open to all U10/U12/U14 players.This will be a combination of 2hr on-ice session followed by 1 hr of off-ice session and mini game at the end of the session.
Ice session will be focusing on high level edgework, skating, stickhandling and shooting. Our off -ice program will feature our hockey specific speed and agility program, fitness challenges, games and much more! Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Date: 5th of July, Saturday 2025
Time: Meet 13:00; 14:00 On Ice, 17:00 - Off-Ice Training.
Location: Lee Valley Ice Centre , Lea Bridge Road, E10 7QL
Duration : Ice Session Ends 16:00, followed by 1 hour break, for snacks and drinks
What to bring: Your full on ice gear and jersey as well as athletic clothing for off-ice training.
